Original Putnut's Extra Rich N Creamy Low Carb Ice Cream Recipe

1-quart heavy cream

3/4Cup Bocha Sweet

1/4 Cup Allulose

5 egg yolks (See video)

1/8 tsp. salt

Put all this in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring non-stop. Allow to simmer a few minutes to reduce and thicken a bit. (Make sure to get all the white goobers off the yolks, as these won't mix well.) . Put all this into a large container and add ...

1 cup half n half

1 pint heavy cream

3 tbs. REAL vanilla extract

then refrigerate the mixture until completely cool. mix in the machine until nearly done (Moderately thick, otherwise the chips all fall to the bottom, but not too thick or the machine won’t mix them in), then add one whole bag of milk chocolate chips (make sure they are frozen), and chop some up for a better mix. Finish freezing at least 8 hours to let flavors blend....enjoy!

If you do not like vanilla chip ice cream, add whatever you like, liquid flavorings go in when the vanilla does, solid flavorings go in when the chocolate chips would and cacao powder for chocolate ice cream would go in at the beginning before cooking but be very careful not to burn it as burnt chocolate is awful.

This recipe makes about 1/2 gallon. 16- 1/2 cup servings
